All patients across Regional Medical Center (RMC) Health System will soon have access to a new, more integrated patient portal. FollowMyHealth offers more information and options, improving your health care experience and providing secure access to your RMC health records. Patients at RMC Anniston should have received an email invitation to join FollowMyHealth in early March with instructions and a link to set up your new user ID and password. If you haven’t seen an email, please check your spam folder to ensure the email did not land there. Or contact us at patientportal@rmccares.org or 256-231-8716 . For RMC Anniston patients with a Relay Health patient portal, RMC’s previous platform, you may still access or download your information that was loaded there before March 5. FollowMyHealth gives you anywhere, anytime secured access to your all-in-one personal health records via computer, smartphone or tablet. It will help you make more informed health decisions for yourself and your family. It is a robust portal system that allows you to link with several provider connections.
